Pay Your Bill Online or Through International Money Transfer Platforms
To pay your bill online, click here. Additionally, Jahmale accepts payment through the mobile application, Sendwave via Lonestar Cell MTN Mobile Money on the telephone number +231 88 160 3015.

How to use Sendwave

Step 1: Download the Sendwave App from your phone’s App Store

Step 2: Sign-up, verify your identity and link your debit card

Step 3: Send Money to “Liberia”

Step 4: Select “Recipient Name”

Select “Add a new Recipient” Enter recipient info as follows: “Jahmale Medical Solutions” as the Full Name and 881603015 as the Mobile Number and save.

Step 5: Enter the Dollar amount you wish to send* and select “Continue to send”. Select “Confirm transfer” to complete the transaction.

Step 6: Send a confirmatory email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. inclusive of:

  1. The amount sent
  2. Patient’s Information (i.e. Full Name, Date of Birth [DD/MM/YY or Write out Month], Gender, and Primary Telephone Number) as it reads on valid identification (i.e. Passport, Driver’s License, Social Security ID, National ID or Voter’s Registration Card) which patient will present at registration.

If you are paying on behalf of a patient, please be sure to include the following:

  1. Payee Information (i.e. Your Full Name, Telephone Number, Primary Email Address, and Your relationship to the patient).
  2. Upon patient’s consent, please confirm if you would like to receive medical records of this visit at Jahmale

Pay A Bill On Behalf of Someone Else
If you are making a payment on behalf of another person, please ensure that the information you enter matches the patient’s information (i.e. Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and Telephone Number) and valid identification (i.e. Passport, Driver’s License, Social Security ID, National ID or Voter’s Registration Card) used during registration.

All patients are responsible for balances due on their accounts, and payment is due upon receipt of the bill.
